Trofie al pesto (4 servings)
- Fresh trofie 350 g
- 1 jar of Pesto Lavezzari
- 2 yellow potatoes
- Tender green beans 150 g
- Extra – virgin olive oil
- Cooking salt

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into littles dices. Pinch the green beans ends and remove the fibers, wash them and then break them in pieces. Boil water in a pot, then add cooking salt and immerse the potatoes. After 5 minutes add the green beans and, after other 10 minutes, the trofie.
When the pasta is cooked, strain it with the vegetables and add our pesto, previously diluted with a little bit of cooking water. Mix everything together and then serve.
